Classes are held in Maroubra, at the Des Renford Aquatic centre.

TIME TABLE:
Tuesdays 7.15pm
Wednesdays 7pm
Thursdays 6:15am

To ensure your space in class, booking in advance is essential as the number of bikes are limited.
A block of 10 consecutive lessons is $130.
Single classes are $15 if space is available.

COURSES:
Regular Hydrorider Instructor course - Fee $120
This course runs for 4 hours and grants a regular instructors certificate.

Professional Hydrorider Instructor - Fee$220
This course runs for 8 hours and is recognised by Fitness Australia.
It grants an Instructor Certificate plus 6 CEC points.
