"I have been doing the Hydro Bike now for over 3 year. I chose to try it as I don't like gyms and was looking for something
different to get me fit and healthy. After having 2 children it has proven to be a great way for me to get back into shape. I feel like
I have more energy (which is great for
running after 2 little children), feel stronger and have better muscle definition. I really enjoy the stress relief of cycling in the water and the variations in class, don't get me
wrong its
very challenging but just so much fun at the same time. I also like that my trainer is there when ever I need to ask questions or need
help with anything, nothing ever seems to be a problem which is great when I need that little extra push. My trainer pushes me to do
a bit more every week, and now I'm defiantly seeing the results. Without his help I would have never been about to get to where I
have gotten to now."

"A few years ago I started to realize my hips were a little sore when I went for a jog & to make matters worse I tore two ligaments in my ankle, that's when I realized I needed to investigate the concept of low impact exercise.
It was during an intimate wax that my beautician told me about some bizarre
spin class in a pool! A few years down the track & I am addicted! I now combine
Russell's classes (my low impact exercise)
with less running & it makes no logical sense to me but my results have improved- go figure! The big 40 is approaching & for me a combination of low impact & regular exercise is the key."

"I have been doing hydro rider now for 18 months. When I started doing hydro I was
unsure whether I would get any exercise benefit from it, but after attending two classes a week I found that the strength in
my legs had improved greatly as I have bad knees and this has enabled me to continue exercising without to much impact. Russell is
a great instructor and makes the classes fun and each week just that little harder without you even knowing it. Every now and again he gets a little wild and throws in a few dance moves which puts a smile on everyone's face and makes you forget just for a split second he is trying to make you work so hard.
I
would recommend hydro rider to anybody as
it caters for all fitness levels and ages, come out and give it a go I am sure you will not
only enjoy it but it will benefit your health as well."

"We have been running with 9 classes per
week for the past few years. We find that
the hydrorider classes add great variety to
our Aqua program, it gives our members something different and they love it. We
also found by bringing the Hydroriders into
our program that we've been able to design harder Aqua classes than in the past due to our members being that little bit fitter.
Therefore we are now attracting a younger generation into our Aqua program.
Our classes attract a variety of different age groups from mid twenties through to fifty
plus with the main gender being women, although you'll still see the boys joining in
from time to time. Before we had the Hydrorider classes our timetable catered
more for the de-conditioned and more
mature member, but since we've had these bikes in the pool our members are asking us for more challenging workouts, so we've
been able to introduce a wider variety of
Aqua classes and our Aqua program has
grown from only 3 Aquatic classes to now having 7 different Aqua classes on the timetable."

"We have had the new aqua exercise equipment at our pool in Fitzroy Crossing for four weeks now, I have the equipment in the water for 2 hours on Monday, Wednesday
and Friday for our early morning swimming and have had a great response from all of
my lappers as it is something different to
just swimming laps. We also have a couple of communities come in and use the equipment. The comments that I'm getting is that it is so relaxing to be in the water and exercising especially on a hot day to be cool in the
water. I am very impressed of how easy they are to put in and out of the water and how easy they are to wheel around and need very little maintenance."
